Rahul Krushna Vaidya, born on September 23, 1987, in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, is a renowned Indian singer and music composer known for his contributions to the Bollywood music industry and reality television.

Growing up in Mumbai, he developed an early passion for music and studied classical music under the guidance of renowned singers Suresh Wadkar and Padma Wadkar, along with training from Himanshu Manocha. He began singing at a young age, performing bhajans and showcasing his talent in various local events.

Rahul Vaidya gained national recognition as the 2nd runner-up in the first season of the reality singing competition Indian Idol in 2004, when he was still a student. Following this, he released his debut album "Tera Intezar" in 2005, with music composed by Sajid–Wajid, which helped establish him as a solo artist.

He expanded his repertoire by singing for Bollywood films like "Shaadi No. 1," "Jigyasa," "Hot Money," and "Krazzy 4." He also contributed to television by singing title tracks, including the popular show "Ek Ladki Anjaani Si."
