Adhyayan Suman (born 13 January 1988) is an Indian actor and singer who works predominantly in Hindi-language films and web series. He is the son of well-known Bollywood actor Shekhar Suman and producer Alka Suman. He grew up in Mumbai and was introduced to the artistic world early, being part of a film-centric family. He had an elder brother, Aayush, who tragically passed away in 1994 due to heart disease.
Born and raised in Mumbai, Adhyayan Suman completed his initial schooling at Utpal Shanghvi School, Mumbai, before moving to Millfield Public School in London for further studies. He then pursued a diploma in direction from the New York Film Academy in New York City. Growing up, he was exposed to the intricacies of cinema and performance, cultivating his interest in both acting and music from a young age.
His personal life has often attracted media attention, notably due to his relationships with Kangana Ranaut and model Maera Mishra. His relationship with Kangana was highly publicized, ending in a much-talked-about breakup.
He was later in a relationship with Maera Mishra for two years before parting ways in March 2021. He has been candid about his struggles with depression, specifically mentioning the pressure and hurdles of the Bollywood industry that led him through challenging periods.
Adhyayan Suman made his Bollywood debut in 2008 with the film Haal–e–dil, directed by Anil Devgan and produced by Kumar Mangat. Though the film had a modest reception, it marked his formal entry into the industry.
His subsequent role in Raaz – The Mystery Continues (2009), directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Mukesh Bhatt, brought him significant recognition as the film was a commercial success.

His third film, Jashnn (2009), also with Mukesh Bhatt, was critically noted for Adhyayan’s performance, establishing him as a promising actor.
