Roshni Chopra

Roshni Chopra is an Indian actress, television presenter, and fashion designer born on November 2, 1980, in New Delhi, India. She won NDTV Imagine's reality show "Dil Jeetegi Desi Girl," which crowned her as India's first Desi Girl.

She is well known for playing the role of Pia, one of the three female leads in the Zee TV series "Kasamh Se," where she portrayed the younger sister of protagonist Bani Walia.

Her character Pia was initially an antagonist but later switched to being nice again, and her return to the show after a break brought many viewers back to watching "Kasamh Se" as she was a popular character.

Roshni Chopra began her acting career with the film "Let's Enjoy" in 2004. She later starred in Vikram Bhatt's horror film "Phhir," which was released in 2009 and subsequently in 2011.

She also appeared in "Bhram: An Illusion" (2008). In addition to her film work, Chopra served as co-host of 9X's "Chak De Bachche" and was captain of the Metro Rockers against the Desi Dhuranders captained by Bhojpuri star Manoj Tiwari.

She was one of the three hosts of the Indian variant of the Got Talent series, "India's Got Talent," in 2009. Chopra also hosted the show "Comedy Circus" and later hosted "Moments and Memories" on Star Sports.

Beyond her acting and hosting career, she is an acclaimed dancer and singer. In 2013, she started her fashion label called "Roshni Designs," which is known for its unique Indo-western clothing. Her designs have been worn by celebrities including Shilpa Shetty and Sanaya Irani.
