Badshah and Isha Rikhi Announce Divorce Just 5 Months After Wedding
In a surprising development, rapper-singer Badshah and Punjabi actress Isha Rikhi have officially announced their separation, ending months of speculation surrounding their relationship. The couple confirmed their divorce through a joint statement on social media, just five months after news of their private wedding became public.
On August 31, 2026, Badshah and Isha Rikhi shared identical statements on their respective Instagram accounts, confirming that they had decided to move forward separately.
"I and Isha Rikhi have mutually decided to part ways and move forward on our separate paths. This decision has been made with mutual respect, and we request everyone to kindly respect our privacy during this time."

The couple also emphasized that this would be their only public statement regarding the matter and requested people not to engage in speculation or assumptions about their relationship.
Badshah and Isha Rikhi kept their relationship largely out of the spotlight. Reports of their marriage first surfaced in March 2026 after Isha's mother, Poonam Rikhi, shared photographs and videos from an intimate wedding ceremony on social media. The couple later confirmed the marriage, with Isha publicly acknowledging it during an Instagram interaction in June 2026.
According to media reports, the two had reportedly been in a relationship for several years before tying the knot.

Rumours about problems in the marriage began circulating in July 2026 when Isha Rikhi posted a series of emotional and cryptic messages on social media.
One of her posts included the caption:
"Every storm is a lesson. Every prayer is hope."
The post, accompanied by a heartbreak emoji, immediately sparked speculation among fans that all was not well between the couple.
In another message, Isha hinted at personal struggles, writing that she had remained silent for a long time because she was afraid and felt overwhelmed. The post fuelled widespread discussion online and intensified rumours about a possible separation.
The divorce announcement has come as a surprise to many fans, particularly because the marriage had only recently been made public. Social media users have expressed shock over how quickly the relationship ended after the wedding, while others have urged the public to respect the couple's request for privacy.
Badshah's Second Divorce
This marks Badshah's second high-profile marital separation. The rapper was previously married to Jasmine Masih, with whom he shares a daughter, Jessemy Grace Masih Singh. The former couple divorced in 2020 after eight years of marriage.
