Farhan Akhtar

Farhan Akhtar is an Indian film director, actor, screenwriter, singer, and producer who was born on January 9, 1974, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He is the son of noted Indian poet Javed Akhtar and screenwriter Honey Irani.

Farhan made his directorial debut with the critically acclaimed film Dil Chahta Hai in 2001, which won him a National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi. He has directed and produced many successful films, including Don (2006), Don 2 (2011), and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011), among others.

Farhan is also a talented actor and has appeared in films such as Rock On!! (2008), Bhaag Milkha Bhaag (2013), and Dil Dhadakne Do (2015), among others. In addition, he is a well-known singer and has released several albums and performed in many concerts. Farhan is regarded as one of the most talented and versatile personalities in the Indian film industry.
