She began her television career with the sitcom Zabaan Sambhalke. She made her film debut in 2000 with Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai, where she played Neeta, and later appeared in films such as Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon, 36 China Town, and Roadside Romeo.
On television, she has appeared in serials including Ye Meri Life Hai, Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil, and Badi Door Se Aaye Hain. She also played Nishi Sippy in Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum in 2019.
Beyond acting, she was the runner-up in Mrs. India 2002. She and her husband, actor Bakhtiyaar Irani, finished third in the celebrity dance show Nach Baliye in 2006.
