Sana Amin Sheikh

Sana Amin Sheikh is an Indian actress and radio jockey who appears mainly in Hindi television shows and films.

She was born on August 10, 1989, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, into a Muslim family. She is the great-granddaughter of the renowned Gujarati theatre actor and singer Ashraf Khan.

She began her journey in television at an early age, starting as a child artist at age 5 in the TV show "Hasratein" and later appearing as a child artist on Doordarshan's "Junoon" in 1994.

She made her official acting debut as Ritu Shah in the Disney Channel India Original Series Kya Mast Hai Life, which became her breakthrough role. She has since established herself as one of the most well-known television actresses, participating in more than 30 television series throughout her career.

Her notable television roles include Suman in Jeet Jayenge Hum, Lajjo in Gustakh Dil, Reet in Mera Naam Karegi Roshan, and Aradhya in Krishnadasi. She also played the main female protagonist Suchi Sharma in Season 1 of the serial "Bhootu" and appeared as Mitali Sharma in the serial "Naamkaran."

Her film work includes appearances in Singham (2011), Sssshhh... (2003), and Scam 2003 - The Telgi Story (2023).

In addition to her acting career, she works as a radio jockey on Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM, where she hosts the show Khubsurut Sana Ke Sath. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from RD National College in Mumbai.

On January 14, 2016, she married television director Aijaz Sheikh; the couple later divorced in September 2022.
