Rekha Rana is a Bollywood actress and theater artist from New Delhi, India. She was born on April 24, 1985, in New Delhi. Rekha Rana won the Miss Delhi, Photogenic Face, and Beautiful Smile titles in 2007.

She attended High School Green Field in New Delhi and later graduated from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce. Following her graduation, she enrolled at the Barry John Acting School to pursue dramatics.

She is also a student at the New York Film Academy in Hollywood, CA. During her school years, she actively participated in cultural activities including drama, swimming, and dancing. Rekha Rana worked with theatre artist Dinesh Thakur, participating in many plays as the leading lady, including Dinesh Thakur's "Jis Lahore Nahi Dekhiya Oh Jameya Nahi".

She performed more than 150 stage shows across India and abroad with the Young Theater Group. Her first movie, "Ab Hoga Dharna Unlimited," themed on Anna Hazare's Dharna, was released on April 13, 2012. She won the Best Actress Award for her performance in the short film "Take Care" at the Rangs Singapore Film Festival in 2010.

She is widely recognized for her performances in "Yahan Ameena Bikti Hai," where she played the role of a Muslim girl named Ameena. This film became an Oscar entry from Cameroon, Central Africa. Her film "Tara: The Journey of Love and Passion" was submitted to the 87th Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language Film and received over 150 international awards at 110 international film festivals worldwide.

She has signed two films in lead roles produced by Crescendo Productions. Rekha Rana has received over 47 international awards for Best Actress across India and abroad. She has appeared in both Hindi and Tamil language films.

Rekha Rana serves as the brand ambassador for the South African NGO "Star NGO" and the "Save Our Women" Campaign. On March 8, 2010, International Women's Day, she joined the women's helmet promotion movement to spread awareness among women about wearing helmets.
