Ragini Dwivedi is an Indian actress and model who works primarily in Kannada cinema, with notable roles also in Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu films.

She was born on 24 May 1990 in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh, and raised there, though her family roots are in Rewari, Haryana. Her father, Rakesh Kumar Dwivedi, served as a Colonel in the Indian Army, and her mother, Rohini, is a homemaker.

She began her career as a model before transitioning to acting. She was discovered by fashion guru Prasad Bidapa, who recognized her potential and introduced her as a promising model in 2008.

As a model, she strutted on prestigious runways including Lakmé Fashion Week and Sri Lanka Fashion Week, and worked with renowned designers such as Rohit Bal, Tarun Tahiliani, and Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Her breakthrough in beauty pageants came when she was the runner-up (upविजेता) at the 2008 Femina Miss India competition and won the Femina Miss Beautiful Hair title at the 2009 Pantaloons Femina Miss India contest.

She made her acting debut in 2009 with the Kannada film "Veera Madakari", starring alongside Sudeep (also known as Manjunath). Dwivedi rose to prominence through successful Kannada language films including "Kempe Gowda", "Shiva", "Bangari", and "Ragini IPS", which established her as one of the leading actresses in Kannada cinema.
