Delnaaz Paul

Delnaaz Paul (born Delnaaz Irani; 4 September 1972) is an Indian actress known for her comic roles in Bollywood films and television. She was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

She began her career in the early 1990s by appearing in Baba Sehgal's music video "Ga Ga Ga Gori Gori".

Her television journey started with the detective drama "Commander" in 1992 on Zee TV. She gained fame on television through shows like "Yess Boss" and "Baltiwalla House No. 49". In 2006, she participated in the controversial reality show "Bigg Boss 6" and was evicted on the 93rd day. She also showcased her dancing skills on dance reality shows including "Nach Baliye" and "Zara Nach Ke Dikha".

In Bollywood, Delnaaz is best known for her role as Jaspreet Kapoor "Sweetu" in the hit film "Kal Ho Naa Ho" (2003). She has appeared in several other notable films including "Ra.One" (2011), "Utt Pataang" (2011), "Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum" (2012), "Toonpur Ka Superrhero" (2010), "Bhoothnath" (2008), "Humko Deewana Kar Gaye" (2006), and "The Archies" (2023).

Her most recent film is "Yeh Dooriyan" (2011). She has worked with major Bollywood stars including Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, Bipasha Basu, and Preity Zinta.

Beyond acting, she is known to be a good cook, an exceptionally good singer, and a diehard fan of music legends Michael Jackson and Madonna. Her favorite pastime when alone at home is singing on Karaoke.

She has quirky habits including constantly checking locks, electric switches, and windows when stepping out of her house. She wishes to settle down in a quiet place away from city life, favoring remote locations in Goa or Kerala.
