Mohd Kashif is the founder of Dear Sir, one of India's top Educational Channel on internet with over 8 million subscribers and 460 million views (as of March 2021).

He is mainly known with the title of  Dear Sir among his students. His real name is Kashif, he was born & brought up in Delhi and completed his schooling from a private school in Delhi. He belonged to a middle-class family.After completing his schooling he pursued his bachelor from Delhi University. Then joined CA and did LLB as well. As he has been teaching since the age of 14 and now knows the way his students want to learn from him. His energetic and fun teaching style is now so popular among students that one of his video on 'Tenses' surpassed 27 million views in just 2 years (as of March 2021)
