Surjan Singh Jolly, fondly known as Chef Jolly, is a renowned Indian chef with over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry. He is currently the Corporate Culinary Director & Business Development head of Speciality Hospitality UK Ltd. and former Director of Food & Beverage at the JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar.

Chef Jolly started his career in 1993 at Taj, New Delhi as the Chef de Partie. He has since worked at some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in India, including the Oberoi Group, the Taj Group, and the JW Marriott Group. He has also been a guest chef on the reality television show MasterChef India and the judge on the first season of Junior Master Chef India. Chef Jolly is a passionate advocate for Indian cuisine and has dedicated his career to promoting its authentic flavors and traditions.

He is a regular speaker at culinary events and has written several cookbooks, including "The Essential Indian Cookbook" and "The Indian Kitchen".
