Akshaye Khanna was born to actor and politician Vinod Khanna and his wife Geetanjali Taleyarkhan. His father was a renowned actor of Hindi cinema, who passed away in 2017, while his mother, a former model, passed away in 2018. He has an elder brother, Rahul Khanna, who is also an actor.
