Rakesh Khurana is an Indian-American scholar and academic leader. He is currently the Dean of Harvard College and the Marvin Bower Professor of Leadership Development at Harvard Business School. Khurana's expertise lies in the fields of organizational behavior and leadership studies. Born in India, Khurana completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Delhi before pursuing an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He later obtained a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Harvard University.
