Mimoh Chakraborty

Mahaakshay Chakraborty, commonly known as Mimoh Chakraborty or simply Mimoh, is an Indian actor who works primarily in Hindi films. He was born on 30 July 1984 in Mumbai (then Bombay), Maharashtra, India. He is the son of legendary Bollywood actors Mithun Chakraborty and Yogeeta Bali.

He grew up in Mumbai and completed his school education there. His childhood dream was to join NASA, but he later pursued acting instead. To hone his craft, he studied acting at the New York Film Academy in New York.

He made his Bollywood debut in 2008 with the film Jimmy, where he played a DJ. His performance in Jimmy earned him a nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut, marking a promising start to his career. In 2011, he starred in Haunted – 3D, the first Indian stereoscopic 3D horror film, which became both a commercial and critical success.

Following his breakthrough, he appeared in several films including Rocky (2013), Enemmy (2013), and Ishqesarriyaan (2015). He also participated in the dance reality show Dance Ke Superstars in 2011. Other notable works include The Murderer: Hamilton Palace (2011).

In July 2018, Mimoh Chakraborty married actress Madalsa Sharma, and they have been married since then. Beyond acting, he has expanded into content creation, with a YouTube channel and Twitch presence under the name "meem0h," and he co-hosts a podcast called The 3 Desi Amigos.
